In the mail #1: “Why pay for TechShorties?”

Questions from you, answered by us, shared with all:

QUESTION:

I am curious as to why I would pay someone to help me use a social networking site. Can you explain?

TS ANSWER: “This sounds like the reaction of a person in 1 of 2 scenarios:

1. He “gets it,” and is successfully using social media tools to generate 5 – 10 new clients per month. In this case he would not get as much value from some of the core curriculum as he might our advanced lessons, ongoing blogging services, weekly webcasts and user forum.

2. He thinks he gets it, but isn’t actually seeing any results ($$) from using social media sites for his real estate business. This is a position in which a lot of agents find themselves while toeing the waters of these online tools. You may be devoting some time and energy to your blog but it isn’t landing you new clients.

Our curriculum is great for brand new beginners who need help understanding what Facebook or Twitter IS before they even learn best use. It’s also great for those who already have accounts and spend time on these sites, but can’t attribute many new clients or increased revenue to their use of these tools. If you aren’t seeing at least 5 new clients per month from your use of Twitter, blogs, Facebook and/or similar sites, the TechShorties curriculum is for you.

We’re not just here teaching folks how to use social networking sites – we’re teaching real estate agents and brokers how to leverage these sites to radically increase their client base and grow their revenue. There’s a big difference.

TechShorties is not for everyone. Only you can determine if it’s for you. Go HERE (“Who are YOU?” tab) to read the profile of the “ideal TechShorties student.”

We love to hear from you. If you have a thought or a question for us, chances are hundreds of other people have the same one. Send it on and maybe we’ll feature it in our next newsletter! Either way, you will get an answer from us.
