Real Estate Coaching
Every successful person has a coach. Try to think of one industry where the most successful players do not leverage personal coaching. Great coaches do not provide the right answers, they ask the right questions. You hold all the answers – we are here to challenge you in a way you’ve never been challenged and to guide you towards the success that lies before you.
We believe that in order to make the most of the tools available, you must start at the beginning. This means with you, the person, not you, the real estate professional. Every individual is naturally creative, resourceful and whole. You already have everything you need to achieve all you desire in life. So why doesn’t everyone get there? In short, the answer is a combination of limiting beliefs, where we put our focus and our self-talk. Our core workshops help you uncover mental blocks, break through personal barriers and pave the way to unlimited professional success.
Core Workshops: We offer two core workshops, four weekly 75-minute sessions each. Core I is required to participate in Core II. Our workshops are limited to 5 real estate professionals, for the benefit of group interaction and enhanced learning. Below is an overview of what’s covered in our core classes.
Most agents know “what to do” but limiting beliefs keep them from taking action. Learn how to easily overcome seemingly big obstacles and break through barriers which once seemed impossible. Take charge of your life, transform your thoughts, destroy self-imposed limits, create your vision, design your strategy and step into the powerful person a part of you has always known!
We get you out of your own world and teach you to meet the client where they are. Learn how to turn difficult clients into your biggest champions. Master your time and keep other people’s urgencies from becoming your emergencies.
Our workshops focus on beginning with the end in mind, but always start at the beginning. We begin with a thorough personal assessment, including the DISC profile and individual results review with each agent. This provides a deep appreciation for your unique style and talents and your approach to practicing real estate. Only by fully understanding what you bring to the table can you learn how to better relate to each client on their own level. You will create your own personal mission statement, as well as your professional strategy, by answering some important questions, providing you insight into what drives you, as well as what holds you back.
We then teach you to become the master of your own time by understanding the difference between goals and outcomes, and why to-do lists are a thing of your past. You will design your own life plan by developing a clear sense of what you want, why you want it and then creating your action plan to move you steadily toward your outcome.
Social Media Basics: In the core workshops you will also be offered an introduction to creating your valuable online presence, understanding best practices for using social media to grow your real estate practice, and learn enough to know if this is the right direction for your business.
Advanced Workshops: For successful agents and brokers who have completed our core workshops and have a defined strategy we invite you take part in our advanced workshop on social media training. This workshop utilizes the best of our TechShorties curriculum from our ILE, as we walk you through a thorough understanding of how to apply social media tools to rapidly expand your real estate client base. You will emerge from this workshop with a clearly sculpted online image, established social media profiles and ready to view real estate marketing like you never have before!
Ongoing Coaching: All workshop participants will receive four 30-minute group coaching calls, following workshop completion, and have the opportunity to take advantage of ongoing coaching at a discounted rate. Accountability is the key to long term follow through. We highly encourage you have a coach throughout your career. At a minimum, create a small networking group of like-minded and highly charged real estate professionals to meet with at least once per week, to hold each other accountable for your progress.
Note: we offer our coaching services in a workshop setting to increase the value for each student through interaction and by lowering individual investment. Should you require one-on-one training or prefer not to take part in a group setting, please contact us for rates and availability.
TechShorties Social Media Training
We offer both hands-on and self-guided social media training. You may choose to take part in a workshop or online seminar where we teach social media best practices, or enroll in our Integrated Learning Environment (ILE) where you can take a self-guided tour of our curriculum. Our ILE students always have access to instructors via email or a pre-arranged phone call to answer questions. ILE students are encouraged to take advantage of at least 2 coaching calls per month throughout your learning process.
TechShorties social media training is NOT:
- another “get rich quick” scheme aimed at real estate agents and brokers. There’s work involved, but if you follow our instructions, you will be working smarter, not harder.
- a lead generating service. You’ll definitely get lots more leads, but only because you followed our system.
- complicated. The point is to demystify and simplify your online experience, not bog it down.
- time consuming. Many of us are or were agents too. We understand how truly valuable your time really is, so our lessons are short, but pack a big punch.
- for everyone. If you’re looking for someone to do the work for you, if you are not interested in putting in time and effort in your online growth every day, this program may not be for you.
TechShorties IS:
- an educational resource for real estate agents and brokers who are trying to decide where and how to best invest their time online.
- full of lessons that offer step-by-step instructions on how to effectively use many of the up and coming forms of online technology and social networking (Twitter, Facebook, blogging, etc) in order to grow your real estate business.
